一家位于水边的美丽酒店，有一个私人的黑沙滩和绝对的平静，因为它是唯一一家位于布里克尔岛居民区中心地带的酒店。326间客房的空间很大，而且非常别致，都有蓝色和白色的床铺。所有的套房都位于最高的楼层，可以看到海洋和布里克尔的天际线 。这真是太神奇了!面朝大海的游泳池，水疗中心，服装店，多个酒吧，优秀的餐厅La Mar......一个真正高大上的地址!

Came here to drop off a friend to make sure they were safe in their rooms after a night out. Valet informed me I could stay 30 minutes outside so I set a timer and returned to my car 30 min on the dot when I was then informed the hotel manager instructed valet to charge me overnight parking. Greedy management and poor service going back on what I was told. Hope it was worth the 40 bucks - you lost a customer for life.

Love MO Brickell Key. In fact, we are residents at Courts Brickell Key for many years . It is a custom for us the residents to dine and enjoy MO’s restaurant and bar. The staff and Pamela at the bar are always amazing. But unfortunately we ran into a very unpleasant experience with David who is at the front desk, yesterday March 13, 2023. The reason as to why we decided to share this review is so that MO continues to keep its high standards when it comes to customer service with its front desk staff. We believe that it would help David with his front desk / customer service position by addressing its customers with the same standards of this wonderful hotel here in Brickell Key, with professionalism and high ethics. David provided a very poor services leaving us with an unnecessary uncomfortable expiration (not warranted) . Front desk staff is the front face of the brand. In good faith, keep it up David. We will also share withe corporate. Best MP.
