At 4 am, all hotel guests, including us, were jolted awake by a PROLONGED LOUD ALARM in our rooms, frightening my children.

The hotel management appeared to dismiss the significance of the incident, implying an unwillingness to invest in necessary system repairs.

I can only speak for my experience with the restaurant and valet but Harold and Walter at the valet are class acts. I realized when I was at the restaurant that I had left my wallet in my car and Harold and Walter worked quickly and collaboratively to look for my wallet and bring my car back around for me. I really appreciated the service with a smile and honesty I experienced with them. I’ve managed 5 star properties before and was very impressed with their kindness and genuine hospitality. Thank you guys!
