This place is top notch! My best friend and her husband were flying in from NY for her birthday and last minute I decided to send them a welcome bottle of wine. I called the hotel and the front desk immediately connected me to the restaurant manager, Zouher Najid. Within minutes I had the wine menu and restaurant menu emailed to me and he took my order over the phone. Everything was delivered to their room instantly. Zouher was beyond friendly and very professional. Amazing customer service and attention to detail that is very rare in the Miami hospitality industry. Highly recommend!

We always stay here when we come to South Beach. Beautiful pool, beautiful beach, great service, super clean, comfortable beds. Love it!

Absolutely loved our time at The National Hotel. The other guests were fun to be around, the employees were extremely friendly and willing to offer recommendations for non-touristy attractions, the hotel piano bar on Saturday was super fun. The service in general was unmatched. Special shout out to Erik, Katherine, Sol, Johanna - we can't wait to come back!
