I paid for my room the date of my reservation 3 month in advance. I get here I got the deluxe king room and I get an accessible room next to the bar the most horrible bathroom the room smaller than a closet. I go to the front desk the girl tells me I’m sorry we sold out come in the morning. We come in the morning and get told sorry we can’t help you come back tomorrow. My son comes and just reserves a room to see if they sold out as I was told and they wasn’t. He gets a room way nicer than the one we in, then follows my daughter reserves a room and she gets a nicer room and paid for a regular room. We come back to our bad room, no clean sheet no clean towels and I’m told I’m sorry but it’s nothing we can do.

Loews just went to the top of my hotel tier list. Stayed one in Chicago and this one in South Beach, both gave me top tier experience although being a 4 star hotel.
Booked a ocean view king room, got a room with a balcony. Room comes with all amenities one would expect. Snacks, drinks, with a reasonable tourist zone price and small complimentary water. It even has an electronic do not disturb sign so you have to open the door to change it.
In the morning I think someone sprayed lavender fragrance under my door since I hear some rubbing sound and then smelled lavender. It was marginally scary for me personally, but I suppose the hotel expected guests to enjoy it?

Location cannot be beaten. It's half block away from Lincoln road and about 15min walk to ocean drive.

Very glad we booked two hotels during our stay and Loews being the second one. Was expecting it to be lower tier since the star and price, but it's actually much much
better.
