Untrained, overwhelmed staff at reception upon arrival. After a long wait we received a room key. The room was untidy, completely dirty and the toilet was obviously being renovated. Second attempt at reception: This time we got a key, but it didn't fit the room door... After about an hour we had a room. Overall impression of the hotel: Very shabby, there is always an intense smell of caustic cleaning products. And the rooftop pool is dirty. Conclusion: Never again!

They have hidden fees they hit you with once you get there. My room was nowhere near as nice as the pictures present

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The restaurant is gorgeous as well. We had an issue with our room and it was handled efficiently. Definitely will return

The least any hotel can do to make its room comfortable for the guests are the beds. Worst ever mattresses which just sink in when you lay on them. Even motels have better mattresses in their rooms . Only good thing about the hotel is the location nothing else

The young man from the front desk team, Walter, was incredibly friendly and welcomed us in a warm and amicable manner
