The receptionist lady was so angry and rude no reason , I spent 3 nights over there and she was totally angry to customers . I won’t come back here just because of her acting . Plus she didn’t give me my free drink coupon , she only said “ we out of that “ . She should smile sometimes . Restroom was so small and not clean . Walls were dirty . Never come back here .

Kate was exceptional helpful during my stay here after a long flight cancellation. She went above and beyond. I truly appreciate her assistance and so grateful for her understanding in such a difficult situation.

TLDR- no hot water, no running water, extremely rude and unethical customer service
Would rate it 0 stars if possible, you’re better off staying in a hostel. Our room did not have hot water for 3/4 of our nights stayed, and NO RUNNING WATER for 1 of those nights. Customer service is atrocious, we requested a refund for our stay or a different room the first night we were having water issues, were denied both, assured our water problems would be address by the next day (which of course they were not). The narrative for the source of the problem and who we could speak with changed almost daily, ultimately resulting in an email from a 5th party we never interacted with in person stating that there would be no refund nor concession available since the issues was “promptly” addressed (a blatant lie).
You might have gotten away without providing basic amenities and atrocious customer service before the age of the internet but I sincerely hope the BBB investigates this establishment and shuts it down
