The hotel's proximity to the beach is the only thing that is good about this hotel. I booked with them and they charged me for the mini bar even though it was a service that I did not use. In addition to the bad customer service, my room had a moldy smell and there were about 4 roaches in my room. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Katy it was very helpful and kind providing the necessary to make my experience pleasant , I always stay in this hotel since everything around is very convenient to have a great experience in Miami South Beach, I recommend Chesterfield Hotel & Suites.

Nice place! I stayed with my family for a couple of days and was fantastic. Customer service from Jose was exceptional no doubt I'll return, now´s my new favorite place.

Excellent costumer service. Literally steps for the beach an the hookah lounge just adds the best experience to the stay. Definitely coming back next time I’m in miami. Also thanks so much to Katy from front desk, she helped me a lot during my stay. 100% recommend.
