I advise you to avoid this property. I am shocked and perplexed with the inflexibility and lack of sympathy of everyone at the Whitelaw Hotel from management to front desk. I booked my room through a third-party site via Delta app. Sadly, I tested positive for COVID on the day of my arrival. NO ONE showed any concern or willingness to help me, even though I had proof of my illness and asked to change the date of my booking. CDC is clear about an individual isolating themself at home when tested positive not to mention that it is the right thing tondo out of respect of people around you regardless if you know them or not so the virus it is not spread and who knows send someone to the hospital with complications from Covid. I was bounce back and forth from the hotel reservation department to expedia at least 4 times. The hotel said I missed the cancellation deadline (of course I did, I wasn’t planning to get sick. Shame on me for not clicking the “protect your trip”) and refused to refund me $600 or work with me to give me the opportunity to change my reservation to a later date or whenever week there were slow. I understand that they have rules and policies, but they should also have some compassion, especially in these difficult times. Their indifference reveals the poor quality of their business. I will never stay there again!

The location is great. We stayed on the 3rd floor and it was quiet. The wifi was disconnecting from time to time. Overall great location for the great price. Don’t expect much of this place, it is just place where you can sleep, take a shower and leave your bags. This is not a 5 star hotel.

No luggage storage. They make you
Go around the block to Washington st. to PAY For luggage storage.
Went to the bar and asked how much tequila shots were. Was told $10 and then charged $15. Then he denied what he said. Based on that will never return here or order drinks here
BE AWARE. Find another hotel. This one is a scam and not worth it!! Never again will I stay here!

Average rooms. No house keeping, you have to go to front desk to get clean towels. Hot water takes a while to get hot. No microwave in room or on-site,but has a mini fridge in room.

En general muy bien la atención, excepto una recepcionista que estaba siempre de mal humor. Daba la sensación que todo le fastidiaba.
Diariamente si lo solicitás, te cambian las sábanas y limpian el cesto de basura.
Las sábanas las cambian cada 3 días y ahí te hacen la cama. Sino, no te la hacen ni limpian la habitación.
En la recepción tiene un bar mexicano. Buena comida y excelente atención.
