Parking is sketchy. They claim to have valet but you have to find a place to park to find out where the valet is. Turns out its about 3 blocks from the hotel. They welcome email they send you before you get there is completely misleading about what you need to do for parking. Probably call and talk to them in-person before you get there. Rooms are nice but small. View is exceptional. Location couldn't be better. Amenities are great

Noisey rooms with its loud AC/fan, not very clean, hidden fees, stay away from this place. There are many hotels you can choose to stay.

You have to set your expectations accordingly. This is an old property. Very old. It shows in some places for sure. The rooms are comfortable. They have plenty of space for two people with luggage. The bathroom is adequate. Good water pressure as well. Comfortable bed. The staff is friendly at the front desk. The three stars are given because they lack the most basic thing that any hotel must have in 2024. Robust internet. They don’t have it. Period. The TV has the ability to connect to streaming platforms, but not the internet. This hotel could spend less than $10,000 USD to upgrade the entire property to WiFi that covers every corner of the property and they must get internet that can handle everyone connecting at the same time. Two access points with 4x4 beam antennas, wifi 6 is probably all they need. I couldn’t even work on my laptop and connect to my office. This service is vital. If it was 1983, understandable. But in 2024 where everyone requires connectivity (especially tourists that may not have roaming in their plan), this is unacceptable to me. Other than that (and if you don’t care to not have internet) this hotel may be a good option for you. Don’t expect luxury. But it’s nice and it’s comfortable. More than adequate for coming at night to sleep and get a good shower the next morning.

Location of this hotel is what you pay for. Right in-front of the miami beach. At night the entire street becomes lit and everything is walkable from this hotel. The street infront of this hotel is closed so we had to park our car in m&g valet parking who charged us $40 per night.

Also this hotel has resort and deposit which they take at the time of check-in. They also provide storing luggage facility

Muy bien para lo que buscamos, estar cerquita de la movida en south beach. La playa está cruzando la calle literalmente.
El desayuno es a la vuelta por la collins av, en el president y la comida del mismo es muy buena. No tiene gym ni spa pero eso no es lo que buscamos al tener la playa ahí nomás. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de tiendas, bares y restaurantes. Tienen piscina pero está en otro hotel (es la misma situación que pasa con el desayuno) pero está cerca, aunque no la utilizamos ya que vuelo a repetir, está la playa cruzando la calle.
Lo recomiendo para viajeros que no quieran gastar mucho pero quieran estar muy bien ubicados.
