Ubicado en la Ocean Drive con un montón de locales gastronómicos cerca. La habitación era sencilla, la cama muy cómoda, el baño bien, completo. Con el resort fee incluye 2 botellas de agua por día en la habitación y también te dan un trago de bienvenida. Lo que no me gustó es que había que ir a otro edificio para ocupar pileta y desayunar, que se llenaba rápido ya que el lugar no era muy grande y tampoco había mucha variedad para desayunar.

The best spot if you want to be on ocean drive. Right across the beach in the heart of South beach Miami. The room was great, the view from the window in the room was beautiful. The front desk service was great. I had a blast, Definitely will be coming back!

Beautiful boutique hotel. Perfect location to parks, beach, restaurants, and bars.
Very clean rooms, albeit they are very small.

Room was too small and building very old and in need of repair badly. Elevator a bit scary..The thing that stuck out to me the most was the strong smell (disinfectant?) throughout. It was overpowering..Nobody at the desk most of the time, especially at night.
Carmen, who seem to work the a.m. shift, was very sweet and nice and attentive, though.

Crazy on their app they say there’s parking. Note: there is no parking. The street is blocked off so it’s crazy when you first get there wondering where to park !! We had to pay at the parking garage about two city blocks down $50 a day 13th street and Collins corner... Robert was awesome at the parking garage they park and bring your car out whenever you need it 24-7.
Have to go to the sister hotel behind the hotel in the alley to get drinks and food. The Penguin hotel was like a Ghost Town most of the time, specially, at night. Great spot though for getting out and about.
Highly recommend getting a city bike out of any rack in town and riding the trails by the beach especially going south and seeing the dock out in the water at night. It’s a beautiful Chill path that takes you through a nice trail with beautiful lights, And nice prices too for this!
