It’s so well protected which I love. Location is great as well. I can’t wait to come back and stay at The Alexander!!! It’s always a pleasure.

The Reception area is lovely, the room we had was a managed suite #607, it was poorly maintained, cable TV had two channels with high levels of pixelation. Mould in bathroom. A sadly neglected room. Very different to the photos provided. Bait and switch comes to mind
