Overall a very pleasant stay, but the people working here are definitely the magic. From the amazingly nice lady at the check-in late at night (unfortunately don't remember her name) to Paolo at the info desk, he even helped me out when I didn't have cash for the bus to the airport - circa 39, the definition of hospitality. Thanks so much for everything!

This hotel was amazing! Rooms a little outdated in the shower but that’s ok! This hotel is close to it all and a few feet away from the beach! The staff is amazing! The whole staff! Hector at the bar is amazing! Their lunch; dinner, breakfast and happy hour that’s offered was so good. We tried it all. Their wings are yummy and their gf bread was so good! We can’t say enough great things about this place. The pool is heated and you just feel so welcomed the moment you step foot into this hotel! Great locations great everything. Shops, stores and more right outside the door! You also get towels, an umbrella and two chairs at the beach provided by the hotel!

I frequent Miami, most of the times south beach, my last 2 stays have been in mid beach stood accross the street from this location and got the be honest I enjoyed myself and this smaller boutique style hotel, the staff was so friendly specifically front desk person in the evening I won't mention his/her name out of privacy, but they were always ready and willing to help with a high genuine smile on their face, I'm returning in May and will only stay here, great price lots of shops and Cafe near by including on site restaurants, the court yard is beautiful in the evening great place to smoke a cigar, rooms were spacious for Miami size rooms and most importantly it was affordable... For those who complain about parking, it's Miami... Get over it I had to... Oh yes, don't let the fact that it is not beachside fool you this hotel still has beach access with chairs and an umbrella included. See you in a bit

I don't know how this hotel got such good google reviews. The hotel is OK, bordering on poor. Small pool, small rooms, hard beds. Our room was not cleaned one day and we had to ask 3 times to get it cleaned another day. The toilet clogged and it was never corrected fully. Most annoying, the hotel has no way to contact it. The number listed doesn't work. They "text" you and don't answer for hours. I got a bounce back on their email when my husband left something behind in the room. The customer service is simply not there. Stay elsewhere! [And if anyone at the hotel sees this message, please call me to return our items!!]

Un magnifique hôtel boutique. L’accès à la plage est très facile. Le patio est calme, très arboré avec cette touche tropicale. La piscine est des plus agréable après une longue journée de marche. Le personnel est vraiment à la hauteur. Nous espérons pouvoir y retourner à la fin de l’automne. Une pause exceptionnelle à seulement 3h de vol de Montréal. Merci.
