I’m staying at the hotel with my friend this weekend and it’s by far THE WORST hotel in Miami. I arrived Friday afternoon after traveling since 4am and all I wanted was a nap. Instead, there were maintenance and construction workers in the room directly above me banging things so loud I thought it was coming through the ceiling. It went on for 4 hours! Then, I tried to take a shower and there was no hot water. The next day maintenance came to fix the shower and they told us the only option was scolding hot water or cold water no in between. Then this morning at 7am they started construction and banging again. It’s a Sunday morning. I came here to rest and relax, not deal with loud banging! We called down to the front desk to complain about the noise and about 5 minutes later it stopped but at that point we were already awake. Then we went down to the front desk to report all of this and we were told we were liars, that there was no one above us and basically that we made the entire thing up. The front desk manager would not let us speak- he was very rude and just continued to tell us there was no one up there making noise.. when on Friday the other front desk staff told us it was maintenance making all of the noise. The bikes we tried to rent from the hotel were broken. Then we tried to grab 3 beach chairs and after all of this, they charged us $15 for the chair. Insane!!!! Do NOT stay here!

Très bien placé a 2 mn à pieds de Miami Beach et le prix de la chambre comprend matelas et parasol a la plage privée. Hôtel intimiste au personnel chaleureux et adorable, aux petits soins. La literie est très confort, la chambre bien équipée et propre. Seul gros bémol, pas de parking direct a l'hôtel, le parking à côté de l'hôtel nous a coûté 200 dollars pour 2 nuits car nous avons eu 20 % de reduction car séjour a l'hôtel, c'est tout simplement hallucinant, parking à payer via une application pas tres intuitive d ailleurs

Super locație camere curate
Desde el 1er día de estadía intenté dejar pagado 1 uso del estacionamiento y recién el último día Fabiola me ayudó a resolverlo. Una pena porque el hotel tiene buena ubicación, pero no es barato y se hace más caro con malas atenciones.
