Absolutely amazing customer service, great great location and Ana at the front desk was an absolute delight. The absolute best at customer service, super friendly and the most helpful. Best experience at south beach

Hotel Chelsea is in a great location in terms of South Beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the shower door was missing.

Everything was perfect from the restaurant the bartender Alberto, Ly the assistant manager to Cesarina at the front desk. Rooms are comfortable and clean the food at the restaurant was delicious. I had a churasco steak that was cooked perfectly.i will definitely be back
