Un sitio magnifico con una ubicación fantástica para conocer Miami , Miami beach y sus alrededores, a 3 minutos de la playa con un staff maravilloso, Williams el chico de la recepción super amable y servicial siempre con una sonrisa, dispuesto a ayudar. La parada del bus 150 y del 100, al aeropuerto y al Downtown a 2 minutos del hotel. Con servicio gratuito de toallas para la playa y de bicicletas! Sigan así. Lo unico que me extrañó es que no cuenten con mapitas turísticos.

I am truly boggled by the 5 star reviews… Seems a little fishy. This is by far the most disgusting place I have ever stayed in (for the $). I’m sure there are plenty of undesirable cheaply locations. My room was smelly and stale. Rooms are very small with a dingy closet twice the size of an extremely tiny bathroom. If you want to feel like you are staying in a 1800’s Spanish missionary, stay here. Rooms do not have a coffee maker either. The rest of the hotel just looks like a paint over job. I was extremely unimpressed by not even being able to get a cup of water at the breakfast bar in the morning. It was already bad enough there wasn’t complimentary anything. I would say the the best thing about the hotel is its pool area. It’s quite beautiful and chill.

Alexandra at the front desk was incredibly helpful! The hotel is great, too, but the service was what made it exceptional.
