Wonderful service nice and clean rooms thank you Julia and the rest of your staff

I have stayed here before but they have went so far down hill they in hell... I asked not to be on the 1st floor they still put me there and wouldn't change it as i was checking in ....there is no warm water... cold water only.... the bathroom was dirty on top of that...there were bugs in the room and the floor in the room and hallways is dirty... there is no one in the hotel to help you ...you have to go across the street to the chesterfield and they are very rude.... I complained everyday of my stay and was threatened that they would keep my deposit... they claimed they would send someone over to help but no one ever came. .I had to keep walking over for everything I needed and they just gave excuses... our keycard would not work after trying both cards repeatedly... and others were having the same issues...(not safe at all). I asked to check out to go to another hotel but they claimed they wouldn't refund me even for the days i dont stay...I would still have to pay for the entire booked stay even with all the issues and complaining everyday... worst experience ever.... not to mention the complimentary drinks are about 10 blocks up the street at the Catalina hotel even tho there is an active bar in the hotel.... they say the hotel is secure but anyone can walk in since it's a public bar ran at night... sometimes we'll after 2am (love the bar owners tho they are extremely friendly but not at all part of the hotel...it's a separate bar but located inside... so the doors remain open for ppl to come drink but it gives access to others to freely roam the hotel the only plus to this hotel is the great location it's in
