Perfect ĺocation. Staff was rude and made excuses for anything wroñg. The ròom hsd gnats and mosquitos. The TV only has one channel. When asked, staff replied it was South Beach and people do not stay in their rooms. We were also told that tge hotel was old and some thìngs just dont work. However the rates are high and extra charges by day. Not a good place to stay.

Rip off! I was charged for taking an item from the room bar, and I did not take any items from the room bar. I asked several times to be reimbursed for the charge but it was never refunded. I contacted A. Solano and C. Tapia at SouthBeachGroup and didn't get a refund for the bogus charges.

Terrible management rooms smell of mold and ac units do not work properly when you contact management for problem solving and refunds one manager responded didn’t provide any documentation I requested then I had to call daily to try to get a response I was told the person i last contacted was fired and still no one reached out to help with my issues it’s been two weeks since my stay and no one has responded I checked if they were reported to the health department and online you can see that they’re constantly getting the health department called out on them. Also be aware that there are insects in the rooms and if you stay on the first floor there is a bar that will remain open past 2am if they have clients

I would rate this hotel a 3/5. It’s definitely one of those you get what you pay for kind of deals. the good thing about the hotel is it’s close to everything like the beach, ocean drive, lots of bars, so we hardly had to use Lyft or Uber unless we were going to an attraction that was far out. Happy hour in the hotel was a plus too. What I didn’t like was the hotel was very small, shower was small, mirrors are outdated or damaged. The cable worked the very first day we checked in after that day we were not able to connect to anything, they even offered the staff Wi-Fi and it still didn’t work. Keys were not working the best I can’t count how many times we had to go and get new keys. If you need anything, you have to go across the street to the hotel for it.
