My family and I stayed one night after returning from a cruise. We absolutely loved it. We got in super early and the gentleman at the check in counter was amazing! Henry, helped us and although our rooms weren’t ready, he took our bags and allowed us pool access as well as gave us some great suggestions for food in the area. We had 2 first floor rooms, and although the walls are a little thin, the “noise level” was no different than being at home and hearing muffled conversations in the next room. The bartender was very nice and courteous and the complementary drinks were amazing. Breakfast was included and that was pleasant as well. The rooms are a little too small for an extended stay in my opinion, but with 2 queen size beds, it’s good for a weekend. I would definitely book again for a quick trip. *our room looked exactly as pictured *

Walking distance to anything fun around south beach. Breakfast bar was good, and got 2 drinks free for the stay. Room was very nice and cool when we got there, and a decent size room.

The President is an AWESOME hotel, conveniently located right near the beach and shopping. Rooms were immaculate. Service was excellent! Henry at the front desk was so helpful and made us feel comfortable right away.

**Stay vigilant** Unfortunately still no refund of the $150 deposit paid, which I note others have also mentioned. Our stay was 3 weeks ago. Make sure you get refund as you leave.
