FUJAM DESSE HOTEL !!! Cobraram caução de 150 dólares (novembro/22) e até hoje nao devolveram ! Quarto bem amplo - unica coisa boa. Elevador do século retrasado, atendimento super grosseiro na recepcao e café da manha fraquíssimo. Nao foi barato nao, por esse preco, podíamos ter ficado num local bem melhor. NAO CAIAM NESSE GOLPE !

The hotel is in an excellent location for accessing the beach and bus stops to/from the airport. The customer service we received was excellent, particularly from Henry and Malik. They were very helpful and friendly and provided us with suggestions for dinner and travel. You have to pay a "resort fee" which we weren't quite expecting, but this includes bottled water on demand, beach towels to take to the beach or up to the rooftop pool, breakfast and more. The breakfast was good quality and offered a range of choices. I would highly recommend the President Hotel!

We loved staying here, very nice/clean room with a beautiful outdoor space. Henry was fantastic throughout the check in and checkout process. He even recommended great places for us to eat in the area. We will definitely be staying here again!

I had a terrible experience with the Presidential Hotel. Despite booking weeks in advance and receiving a confirmation email, when I arrived, they claimed my reservation had been canceled. I never received any notification about this cancellation. The staff at the front desk were incredibly rude and unaccommodating, offering no solutions or assistance. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience that I do not recommend to anyone. We ended up staying at the Hyatt centric and it was soooo much nicer than this hotel.

Do not stay here. They allow people to hang out on their front porch and harness and threaten their guests. After 2 separate stays with the same harassment and after complaining to the desk clerk who did nothing, don't stay here
