Experiência péssima, quartos são limpos a cada 3 dias , mesmo sendo feita solicitação de arrumação diária. Não tiram o lixo e nem copos exícaras sujas. Valorde diária exorbitante pelo serviço oferecido . descaso total dos funcionários como se estivessem fazendo favores. Não recomendo jamais.
Terrible experience, rooms are cleaned every 3 days, even though daily housekeeping is requested. They don't take out the trash or dirty cups. Exorbitant daily rate for the service offered. Total disregard from employees as if they were doing favors. I never recommend it.

the hotel is great and the Stafford extremely friendly. Clean room and with helpful staff. The food at Mamey was alright. But the service was mid at best. they said us and forgot about us. We had a Tower of Pisa of dirty dishes and it wasn't until I got up and spoke with the entrance clerk that we got it taking care of. then we had to send back the truck at least three times for corrections and when the correct check came the waiter took at least 10 minutes to bring a pen. comparing how nice and everything in the hotel the restaurant is something else.

THE MOST EXCITING PART ABOUT MY STAY AT THESIS HOTEL WAS THE BAR, THIS BARTENDER NAMED LENIN REALLY SURPRISED ME WITH HIS COCKTAILS, THEY WERE ALL AMAZING AND SO DIFFERENT, I NEVER HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH A BARTENDER AND HE MADE MY NIGHT AFTER A LONG DAY ON A MONDAY, APPRECIATE YOUR WORK AND ART!! KEEP GOING FOR REAL HE MADE MY STAY BETTER NO LIE

Had an amazing stay! Pool was perfect! Food was amazing! Service was top of the line! The bartender Lenny was a very generous and kind man! The front desk agent Jordon was amazing! Gave amazing recommendations and was overall extremely knowledgeable and nice as well!
The room was great, the bed was comfortable and staff was so caring and attentive. Abner is an asset to their team. He made sure to know my father and I. He always went above and beyond to ensure our experience was top notch. There was also a male night front desk manager, who's name I didn't catch but, was also very noteworthy. He is what all hotels should want customer facing.
This duo made out stay amazing. These two deserve so much more praise and they are the best face forward for the Hotel.
