I booked with them, but then wanted to upgrade my room. I called their number and the person over the phone told me that the coconut grove and the private oasis were in the same network, so I upgraded my room, but with private oasis. They still charged me for the first room so I paid for both and they even charged a cancellation fee on top of all of that. They told me their policies were strict and that there was nothing they could do.

Hospitality in this case does not care about you. They want to add stress to your vacation. They just care taking your money at all costs.

Needless to say, I'll never book with Arya or SoFla vacations again. It's a shame cause my wife and I travel all the time.

I only used squash courts (didn’t stay in the hotel itself), and they are great. Best in town, only short of all-glass courts.

Excellent amenities and rooms for the price, missed a five-star cuz the rooms are starting to get a little worn at the edges and need a little freshening up

Having said that, what makes up for that fact is the personal service is amazing and the location is unbeatable
