Too expensive for what it was. The web pictures were definitely any of the rooms our group had. One and done. Not worth the cost.

March 30th was probably the worst hotel stays. First and foremost NOT baby friendly at all. We get it, being in South Beach but we wanted to experience it for the first time being from out of town. Our room was on the 2nd floor and with luggages, baby bags, and a stroller made it almost impossible to get to our room. They cramped us in a super small barely functioning elevator. Good luck finding parking. We left after 20 minutes of checking in. Top of EVERYTHING they charged us a $200 deposit TWICE. That following Monday my wife tried calling management of Shepley to maybe just MAYBE get a refund but unfortunately the lady she spoke with was rude and not customer friendly whatsoever. Thank you Shepley for leaving a bad taste of Miami.

Ok so this is not a resort and if your expecting a ton of amenities you are out of luck but if your looking for a prime spot you found it in SOBE. Locally you are a block off the beach access that has bathrooms and is also closely located to the Ocean Drive Promenade (yep you can walk the street with no cars now). Rooms were small and the bathroom fixtures should be updated. Chairs fornthe beach have a ton of wear and tear.

The staff was great very helpful and the breakfast each day was a bonus especially when you want to have a coffee on their front patio as the sun comes up. There are plenty of local eateries. Super convenient was Walgreens across the way to grab any loose ends. Overall not a place for a week long stay but if you want a SOBE vibe for the weekend definitely check in to check it out.

Great location but the rooms were a bit smaller and less nice than I expected from the pictures. Service was great though.

Wir waren für drei Nächte hier. Das Zimmer war sauber und für uns zum Übernachten völlig ok. Ausschlaggebend für unsere Buchung war vor allem die zentrale Lage. Restaurants, Bars und Shopping Möglichkeiten sowie der Strand sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar!
Allerdings ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig und deshalb nachts auch laut. Man hört jeden Gast wenn er den Gang entlang läuft und vor allem die Gäste im Zimmer über uns waren laut zu hören wenn sie im Zimmer umher gelaufen sind!
