Great location. Though there is virtual front desk, they are very quick to reply to texts. They even provide beach chairs for free. That we were able to extend the checkout time to 3 pm for a fee was very convenient. Very clean hotel. Jose was very helpful when we needed his help. They even provide ear plugs. But, it was way more quiet than we expected for a hotel on Española Way. So, we did not even need to use them. So, I highly recommend this boutique hotel to everybody.

We loved being able to stay here! It’s in a great location and it’s super convenient and easy to access. Any time I needed anything, I knew I could get it quickly resolved. I was at ease all week and I 10/10 would recommend! Definitely coming back!!

0 stars! Our first night was a horror!! There is always a very loud and vibrating noise in our room that didn't let us sleep at any time. We are totally exhausted and can't imagine spending another night in the room!
The table and even the wall are vibrating. Incredibly loud and uneven, no chance of sleep, not even with earplugs.

Thank you for allowing me to stay at KASA during my recent visit. The room was absolutely wonderful and the location was perfect for my needs. I truly enjoyed my time there and will definitely be returning in the future.

El señor Jose fue supremamente atento, nos ayudó en todo lo que pudo e hizo que nuestro tiempo en el hotel fuera el mejor, le agradecemos personalmente.
El precio, la ubicación, la atención del personal, la limpieza y las comodidades lo hacen definitivamente el mejor hotel de Miami Beach.
