1 HOTEL SOUTH BEACH

My husband and I loved our stay here with our baby girl! The property is gorgeous, very clean and tastefully decorated. You can tell it’s an eco hotel. The pools and beach are very well maintained, and the service in both was fantastic. Special thanks to Barbara who helped me get the stroller from the pool onto the beach and to Adrian who helped get it through the sand. They went above and beyond.
The service from the front desk upon check in was also efficient and friendly, especially from Yasmin and unfortunately I can’t remember the other woman who checked us in. They gave us a very generous upgrade to one of the residence suites which was huge and so convenient as it had a kitchen so we were able to cook food for our baby. Our baby loved crawling around all that space.
The front desk were also understanding and accommodating in trying to find us a similar room on a lower level as the original one given to us was up high and I was a bit hesitant with our baby.
The Habitat restaurant was also delicious for breakfast.
The only thing that was a slight disappointment, if anything, was the Guest Services. They rarely answered the phone when we tried to contact them several times due to the hair dryer in our room not functioning (we tried several outlets and resetting). I normally love to dry my hair naturally with the heat so wouldn’t have minded, but it was both a very humid and windy evening so I would’ve preferred not to go out with wet hair. They kept apologizing and said they’d bring us another one but we waited for over an hour with my husband having also gone down several times. Once they finally did that one didn’t work either so we thought they may have brought back the same one. At that point it was getting very late to go out for dinner with our baby and I just decided to leave my hair as is. I didn’t feel this experience was enough to deduct a star but hopefully will improve next time.
Other than that we loved the hotel and would stay here again!

Amazing rooms. Great food. And the sundeck, and the bar up there are top of the list in Miami Beach

The best hotel in whole MIAMI! From the moment you step through that door, the aroma of the hotel just takes you away.
Luckily it’s something you can take home, they sell the candle at the gift shop! To compare it to something its like the Santal33.
The decor is stunning and they also have a rooftop restaurant and pool area overlooking the ocean. Highly recommended to check it out. Food is also good. Note the hotel has a filter system all around, which makes the water in every room drinkable! I love love

This place is definitely worth it.

We love everything about 1 hotel South Beach, but most of all, a day bed on the beach. No better way to enjoy your stay in Miami.
