Although the property was clean and our room was cleaned every day there was some Major Problems that are absolutely unacceptable that need to be addressed, This property allowed 2 people that I was traveling with to check in under my name with absolutely no ID check or Card verification and when I brought this up to the front desk person when I managed to get to the property, all they said was "Well we have a sign in right here" This is a massive security risk and a lawsuit waiting to happen to allow someone to check into the property without checking ID and Card that was on file. Even after I explained this they required me to pay for parking even though they illegally allowed someone to check in under my name. Gave no Apology, no compensation, no understanding nothing. This property is completely unprofessional and a huge security risk for anyone that books with them

Everything about this hotel is amazing expect 2 things. First of all I feel like the hotel decor is not that appropriate for hotels. Second of all the smell of the room smells. I don’t know if it’s just me but I hate the smell of the room.

It’s a beautiful property in very nice part of Miami Beach. The grounds are clean, full of greenery and very well designed. It’s a quiet and sophisticated luxury. It’s not a party hotel. The dining in the hotel is very good with a lot of healthy options. Priced accordingly :) The breakfast is amazing.
The rooms with the views and balconies are really nice. Amazing soaps by Le Labo provided. Beach is top notch with comfortable lounges and umbrellas.
The management is professional and takes care of things very well when necessary.
I would definitely recommend it.

Clean, comfortable, cozy, and there's a 24-hour CVS drugstore connected. There's also an Italian restaurant inside the lobby. Pool, workout room, room service, and breakfast included. And wonderful front desk service!! Highly recommend this place.

Rooms are definitely worn and not what you would expect for almost $2000 a night. Closet barely large enough for two people No one came to take our breakfast dishes all day. Turn down Service comes late, both times we were turning in for the night. No Nespresso coffee maker in the room.

This is a budget hotel. You will get good comfortable rooms, beautiful views, pool for the price you are paying. Property has easy beach access . The cleaning staff will do room cleaning almost every day. Stayed here last week and had comfortable stay.

Positives:-
1. Good location, bang on the beach.
2. Back side sea-facing rooms have a good view.
3. Budget-friendly. Will beat all other hotels in the vicinity.
4. Free Trolly Bus ride/bus stop exactly in front of the hotel.

Cons-
1. If they could add more options in restaurants that would help.
2. The bathroom doesn’t have shower curtains which causes water to splash everywhere. Good if they can fix it.

Tip:- Go for the room with a patio. Flore 3 and above have a good view. You will absolutely enjoy the sunrise from the balcony. Attached pic.

This place needs some serious cleaning. The lobby, the elevator, and the halls smell dirty. It’s hard to describe it’s like the place needs to be vacuumed and aired out. Checked out early. There’s also a hookah bar at the entrance so be prepared to be hit by that when you walk in.

Cheapest hotel in downtown Miami. Extremely close to the beach 2 min walk. Pool is a joke and it’s only open till 6pm, just go to the beach instead. Found mold in the AC vent. try and get the very top floor if you can, very quiet but neighbors were extremely loud unfortunately. Wear earplugs and ur good to go. Hallways were hot and muggy as well as the elevator.

I recommend booking with Airbnb.

Great stay. My wife and I stayed here for a quick getaway trip. Loves it! So awesome to be one block from the ocean at an affordable price. There is some noise at night on the weekends with SLS being next door but we were facing their side so this is to be expected. Thanks for an awesome stay. We will be back!

Love the hotel itself. The hookah bar/restaurant out front brings all the good vibes and stays bumping all night long. I LOVED the “Cuban Jack Sparrow” that worked at the restaurant there and would always hold the door to the front entrance. The hotel was in walking distance of literally EVERYTHING! Food, bars, boardwalk, beach is a 5 min walk, bikes, shopping! No car rental needed. The front deskish people were great too! The rooms weren’t terrible but not amazing, not even great. I took a 2 stars off for a few reasons. I had to get candles for the room because it had a stale smell. Beds may be a bit of an annoyance if you are a couple. Showers were larger, could definitely fit two comfortably, good pressure, hot water. I took one star off the main review because the smell and the non air conditioned, slow sardine can for an elevator is just absolutely ????. The pool was small but clean and you get hella ☀️ up there. For the price and location not too bad.
