Stay away this hotel. Lack of cleanliness… worst 5 stars hotel ever. Service was terrible…

2泊3日で利用しました。
ビーチにすぐアクセスでき、パラソルや椅子を使え、カクテルも飲めるのでのんびりするにはもってこいの場所です。立地も41stと、騒がしい5stと14stの間からは離れているので静かです。マイアミに日本から直接来られるなら、この辺りで時差ボケを直してから5stあたりにホテルを移動すると、より楽しめるかなと思いました。プールとレストランに関しては、今年Andazになるための工事が理由で使えませんでした。
*Resort Feeとしてチェックイン時に1日$100徴収されます。チェックアウト時に返金されますが、お気をつけて。

Excelent location on mid-beach. The trolley stops are close and you can find many shopping and restaurant options. The rooms are bit tiny but very comfy. Highly recommended. Special thanks to the super kind and helpfully front desk staff.

Beware!!. If you want to spend time at a construction site, this place is for you. We had a room on the 11th floor, which had great views of the ocean, but also overlooked a construction project. Beginning at 6:45 AM to around 3, all you hear are incredibly loud trucks, and other construction equipment. If you sit on the balcony you can't even talk on the phone. Disgusting!. No way it should be rated 4 stars. Given the circumstances you would think the front desk staff and management would be concerned, unfortunately there response is that that if you paid attention to their web site you would have known better. I just never thought a 4 star Miami Beach hotel would even be open in light of the circumstances Plenty of beautiful hotels near by!
