Worst Hyatt brand we have stayed at. Do not go there. Lobby is very old, rooms are from 1960, hallways are trashy, pool was closed , pool bar was closed, restaurants were closed,refregetator in room was not working, they give you hard bands for beach chair which are useless as at the beach they only give you 2chairs and 4 towels regardless occupancy in the room you paid for. Food and drink order at the beach you can not charge to the Room, one needs to carry payment to the beach. Waste of money staying at this property, ZERO Hyatt service one can expect, don't know why still in Hyatt system.

Dieses Hotel The Miami Beach EDITION verlangt viel Geld für sehr wenig Leistung. Einchecken ab 16 Uhr und dann wieder raus aus dem Hotel ab 11 Uhr. Wer länger bleiben will muss zahlen. Und Late Checkout oder Upgrade für Titatnium VIP Kunden? Fehlanzeige. Obwohl es heisst: Wenn Verfügbar gibt es Upgrade - so lautet es in diesem Hotel: Nur wer bezahlt bekommt ein Upgrade. Außerdem sind die Zimmer nicht gut sauber gemacht. Klimaanlage schlecht. Es war keine Freude dort gebucht zu haben. Das nächste mal buche ich ein anderes Hotel.

Amazing stay. Rooms were clean and spacious. The pools were wonderful. Food was great. Would stay again
