Excellent front desk customer service by Luz and Martina, they were both very warm and welcoming! The connected resteraunt Piola was good, I liked the guacamole and tiramisu. Breakfast is standard HI. The room is very small.

It's definitely not worth it. SCAM Rooms. It is a hotel that does not give you the service and experience of the more than $1,000 dollars per night that you pay. The rooms are nothing spectacular and be careful with the type of room they offer you, they charge you for an “Oceanview Room” and look at the view we had from our room. It is literally a SCAM that they sell this room as “Oceanview Room”. Also regarding the operation of the hotel there are many errors, especially in terms of cleanliness, see the photo of the bathroom in the hotel lobby, it seems unacceptable to me that they have it like this. As for the food in general it is good, a little expensive, but like everything in this range in Miami. Finally I want to make a special mention of Cesar, the manager on the night shift, he seemed to me to be the person with the WORST customer service I have ever had in hospitality in my life, he is disrespectful and unkind; His solution to any complaint we made was “if you don't like it, go to another hotel – you're lucky you were able to find a room here.”

An extraordinary costumer service. Martina, the front desk clerk welcome me very friendly and help me extend another night. She is wonderful and an asset for the company with her great attitude and smile

Atenção e rapidez nos atendimentos da recepção. Quarto espaçoso e iluminado, mas com limpeza apenas boa, não ótima. O jogo de cama e, em especial, de toalhas, pecaram na limpeza e conforto. Localização excelente. Vale o custo vs benefício na avaliação geral.
The staff was great. Monty is the guy every hotel needs. He went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of from the moment we arrived till our departure. We were absolutely happy with our stay.
