Got stuck in Miami after a missed flight and this hotel had the last available rooms in all of Miami. It’s a beautiful resort, staff is super friendly and I can’t wait to get stuck there again!

Good location between Miami and Ft Lauderdale. The hotel is nice, clean, walking distance to off site shopping, grocery store, restaurants, but not super luxurious. The beach is clean and well maintained, service is great for, food/drinks, front desk, beach/pool staff, and bellhop service. However, food/drinks are average quality, but priced high.

Couple things it is missing: exterior/pool bar for adults and underage. Late checkout hospitality area/room to shower/change prior to flight departure.

The neighborhood is nice safe/clean. Some of the local restaurants are kosher and are closed Friday Sunset through Saturday Sunset. There is a good late morning popup open air market on Sundays where different vendors sell food, drinks, etc heading north from hotel on beach access walking path.

I would come again just because of the location, and the beach.

I am a single female, and I stayed at the hotel by myself. I was there for 3 days. On two occasions, I returned to my room, and my door was open. I also had some man come into my room just as I was getting ready to take a shower. He quickly left the room. I could not see if he was an employee or a guest. I spoke to the front desk, and they did not seem concerned by any of this. They informed me that a manager would contact me the following day. It has been four days now, and still no one has called me. I am not impressed with the hotel, and I'm very upset that this has happened to me. Especially since the hotel has no concern about the safety of their guest.
