The hotel is overall nice and the location is good, personnel working there is very friendly and eager to help.

Do not fall for the water placed in your room like it would be a complimentary water, you will be charged ridiculous $10 per bottle later, without any information about this. You will find on your bill them to be part of "mini-bar".

Rudest hotel in Miami! Loud ‘music’ shaking my windows from this horrible loud repetitive noise that is blaring from the pool deck! Disrespectful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
