Beautiful hotel with a very beautiful view! Staff were nice and it is close enough to South Beach (around 15 minutes by car)

03/15/24 at 12:34pm, the man in charge outside for parking, (latino), I’m latina too, so not problem with that. He was very rude and unhelpful, I don’t understand why this prestigious hotel has this kind a person work there. Not recommended parking there. I’m sorry for the hotel but you have to be careful with customer service.
Good morning, today was the second time we have to be in your Hotel for business matters, the person Oscar Cabrera is one of your workers, let me tell you this is the worst customer service, this person is rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, extremely arrogant, for second time we receive the awful experience with your hotel and it’s was thanks to Oscar Cabrera.We are a business person and I don’t think this is good for this Prestigious Hotel. Good morning, today was the second time I have to go for business matters to your Hotel, I’m a towing company and doing personalized services for the clients in Miami and other places. The person Oscar Cabrera for second time was unprofessional, unhelpful, rude and very arrogant. I’m very disappointed to see this happen when the only thing I need was pickup a car from a very prestigious client. Thank you and have a good day.
