This hotel is absolutely overpriced service was horrible a ton of hidden fees and food was over priced. It is also outdated the rooms and elevators and the housekeeping is horrible they want to clean all the rooms even if you have late checkout. It’s on the beach and that’s the only good thing about it!

Pull out couch made noises every single time you moved. Toilet almost overflowed when we flushed it. Thank god it didn’t but didn’t happen after that one time. Besides the pull out bed. Room was clean hallways outdated

Beds and smelly pillows very used as the rooms, you can feel the pipes on the sofa bed after 7 days asking for a mad for the wasted matress that never came, the elevators always busy, the pool was not that packed but hard to get a place around the pool, the location is good in front of the beach. The staff was very polite at all time but lack of coordination 2 days to fix the clogged shower after calling and going many times.

Talk about a cool spot between Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Make sure you ask for the Ocean room .
