I enjoyed my stay. Thanks to Fredo he made our stay memorable and enjoyable! He went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service! He provided lots of valuable information to accommodate our week long stay! Customer Service can make or break your stay and he definitely made up for some of the less unenjoyable experiences like the rooms, etc.

Only saving grace here is the location. No restaurant on premises. Food is decent from the only cafe here. Rooms are decent. Service just sucks bad tho. Took 5 calls over 3 days to get someone to come clean the room over our 4 night stay. We started going down and getting towels ourselves.

The good: Location is great, right on the beach, many restaurants and stores in walking distance, so didn't need to rent a car. The hotel is pet friendly! The pool is nice, beach chairs and towels are also provided.

The bad: The building is under construction so noisy during the day and the beach access was impacted. Also had some noisy neighbors above us for one night. A sneaky resort fee is charged, when ordering the room this was included, but when we checked in they explained that only the first day of the resort fee was charged and we need to pay additional resort fees for remaining days.

The ugly: Our room was very worn, dated, and not very clean. The shower did not have hot water, just warm and then cold during high demand times like morning and evening. Our room did not get cleaned a single time during our 5 day stay, so had to get extra towels a couple of times.

TLDR: Location is great, maybe things will improve after construction/repairs are completed.
