We had 2 rooms (booked separately) at the hotel and they were overbooked. When we arrived one room was canceled, and we had to find one room in a different hotel. No help from the front desk or the manager. Lost about 3 hours. Really poor service.

Eccellente albergo in un'ottima posizione. Le camere sono pulite e spaziose. La struttura non è quella di un albergo convenzionale ma molto piacevole. La colazione è servita nel vicino ristorante ma con un menù ridotto, a pagamento si può integrare. Disponibilità di piscina e teli per il mare. Il personale è sempre stato disponibile e gentile. Se vi è servita questa recensione mettete il like.

Ottima posizione centrale e vicino a tutti i servizi
Difronte l albergo c'è la fermata del bus 150 che arriva e torna in aeroporto direttamente
In terrazzo c'è la piccola ma carina e comoda piscina con servizio bar e apprezzato happy hour
Colazione servita al bellissimo caffè americano alle spalle dell hotel
Zona tranquilla a 15 minuti a piedi ocean drive
Un consiglio la camera bella e accogliente rimane però un po buia soprattutto la sera tanto è ché abbiamo preferito preparare le valigie di mattina
Ottimo e rilassante soggiorno ottimo anche il servizio spiaggia

Love the new pool furniture. We always enjoy staying at Uma House. It's walking distance to the Convention center, restaurants and the beach. Service is 5 star and the free coffee is a nice treat. I cannot wait to get back to South Beach to stay at this chic Hotel.
