Det var ikke det bedste hotel. Havde jeg kunne give det 0, så ville det være 0. Hotellet havde skimmelsvamp, morgenmaden havde gule riskager, og det var forfærdeligt. Overvej, at det kaldes et 4-stjernet hotel. Tænk på sikkerhed før pengene. Ellers bør man være tålmodig, og spare op til et bedre anmeldt hotel.

I stayed in last august, but staffs didn't change our towels for 3 days. In addition, staff in dining room was very quiet. I'd love to stay another hotel in next time.

We were terribly disappointed with this place. Not sure how they are designated as a 4-star hotel. They have the badge at the entry showing the stars. Perhaps ratings in Europe are different, but a hotel with BLACK MOLD in a room and rust all over the shower fixtures and sprayers should not be that many stars.

The location is good and the historic aspects of the hotel are interesting, but that is as far as I will give them, for positive comments.

The room we had was dated, not very clean, with very old beds. The shower was very dirty and water gets everywhere when being used.

I recommend you really look at whether or not this place is worth the historic value and the location.

Except for central location, the hotel has nothing to talk about. We checked in 2 days back and it’s been one of the most painful experience. The allotted room 102 is so run down, no toilet paper holder, broken table/ chair, no shower curtain meaning the entire bathroom gets wet while taking shower, torn carpets, uneven floor, i can keep going.

The front office is very courteous; they changed the room to 210. It’s slightly better but not enough lights, loose electrical switches.

Equally bad is breakfast. On day 2 they couldn’t serve omelette as there were no eggs left within 1 hour of breakfast time.

Really sad state of affairs. I don’t know how they are being allowed to run such a hotel and charge 120 a night.

Tiene una ubicación muy buena. La atención del personal muy buena, todos muy amables. La habitación correcta, cama grande y comoda. El baño antiguo, necesita una renovación. Lo peor el desayuno, muy poca variedad, no se corresponde con un hotel de 4 estrellas.

La posizione è fantastica per vedere il centro di Roma. Albergo vecchio. Puzza di umido. Camere con moquette......brividi! Bagno no comment.La colazione andate a farla d un'altra parte. Prodotti scadenti e poca scelta. Giuduzio pessimo. Non ritornerò.

I am a travel agent/ tour operator and I had a great time staying here.

ROOM: Spacious with large bathroom. Could maybe do with a fresh coat of paint & varnish but no complaints.

STAFF: Knowledgeable and friendly. Moreno was very informative and helpful.

LOCATION: The most important thing in a city hotel and this was very central opening out onto the side of the major papal basilica Santa Maria Maggiore ( if you like churches, this is the ultimate churchiest church ever with major relics such as The Manger)
Five minutes on foot from Termini Station.
Fifteen minutes walk from the Colosseum.

BREAKFAST: This is where I think improvement could be made. Breakfast is continental and not very much choice. Would benefit from wider range and -dare I say it - cooked food?

OVERALL: Beautiful setting with garden and communal areas. Also an old historic Palace (the clue is in the name) where a former pope lived.
I believe that at one period it was a seminary and the Chapel is still there and complete. As a catholic, I would start my day there before leaving the hotel (no doubt to the many many other churches I visited!)

L'organizzazione di un convegno al quale ho partecipato come relatore mi ha prenotato questa struttura, vicina alla sede del convegno stesso. La stanza era fredda. Ho telefonato alla reception e si sono stupiti della mia lamentela: mancando la corrente il riscaldamento ovviamente (???) non funziona, adesso che lei ha fatto il check in ed inserito il badge nell'apposito alloggiamento la corrente c'è ed il riscaldamento si accende. Non è vero, il riscaldamento o era o spento, o non funzionante. Ho riscaldato sia la sera, sia la mattina la camera con il phon. La doccia (vedi foto) non aveva nessun ripiano sul quale appoggiare il bagnoschiuma, la televisione (stanza 307, prego verificare) non si accendeva neppure, la colazione due vassoi di mortadella e salame freddi di frigo e prodotti indistriali. Ma la cosa più buffa è il frigo (che, evidentemente, serve per essere un quettro stelle) in bagno, sotto il lavandino, vuoto e staccato (vedi foto) . Uno dei peggiori hotel nei quali abbia mai pernottato.

Mój pobyt w tym hotelu w Rzymie był niestety rozczarowujący. Mimo deklarowanej kategorii 4*, doświadczyłem brudu na każdym kroku, a obsługa okazała się arogancka. Śniadania były tak skromne, że można je nazwać jedynie symbolicznymi, a zimna woda zarówno w kranie, jak i pod prysznicem, była utrudnieniem. Wygląd i stan techniczny hotelu pozostawiają wiele do życzenia. Mam nadzieję, że zarządzanie podejmie pilne działania w celu poprawy sytuacji. Ps: dołożyłem zdjęcia że za wszystko było opłacone. Nie pogrążajcie się już więcej bo nie tylko to nasza opinia o Waszym hotelu ale wystarczy poczytać innych klientów. Nie wystawiacie faktur i do tej pory nie otrzymaliśmy mimo wielu ponagleń.

Zdecydowanie odradzam ten hotel z uwagi na masakryczne warunki pobytu: rozwierchutane łóżka, zimna woda, uszkodzone okna, śniadania gorsze niż w średniowieczu, dodatkowe opłaty za fakturę, brudne szklanki, i wiele innych niedogodności. 300 euro za dwie doby to dużo, biorąc pod uwagę lepsze warunki i niższą cenę w innych miejscach. Unikajcie tego miejsca!

Dramat! Obsługa nie miła i arogancka, nie informują przy zameldowaniu o dodatkowych opłatach, robią to dopiero przy wymeldowaniu! Na jakąkolwiek rozmowę odpowiadają że to moja sprawa a nie ich i że mogę sobie przeczytać Włoskie przepisy i mogą wezwać policję. Na śniadaniach braki, salami, mortadela i rogale, Panie siedzą z tyłu na kuchni i nawet nie raczą zaproponować kawy. Standard pokoi na maksymalnie 2 gwiazdki, a nie 4, tylko brud i smród, nawet szklanki brudne, wszędzie pajęczyny, lusterko w łazience pęknięte, woda zimna, okna nieszczelne i zimno, a klimatyzacja nie działa. Na 4 piętrze leży wiadro na środku, bo cieknie woda z dachu, można się przewrócić i zrobić sobie krzywdę. Hotel nie przystosowany do przeniesienia walizek, jedyny plus to lokalizacja i parking, ale za parking też nie do końca bo jest bardzo daleko od wejścia do hotelu i z wieloma walizkami bardzo ciężko iść. Ponadto hotel odmówił wystawienia faktury za pobyt! Pan z recepcji robi sobie żarty z innymi klientami ze mnie po Włosku, ignoruje i drwi. PS: widziałam też aroganckie odpowiedzi hotelu, co do negatywnych opinii klientów, to samo mówi za siebie, ale zanim odpiszecie że hotel jest piękną XVII wieczną rezydencją, to pragnę wspomnieć że standardy też zostały z XVII wieku.

This is a very cozy place, well located and with vintage style. It is very convenient to go everywhere. The breakfast is ok and the staff very friendly. Moreno, Valentina and Pereira attended us with care. I recommend. Todo correcto y son muy amables. Muy conveniente y cercano de lá estazione centrale. A nosotros nos gustó mucho. Vale!

resultado que al unico auto que le robaron, fue el nuestro! de terror! No se hacen cargo! un Antro! LO increible que BOOKING LO SIGUE OFRECIENDO!!!

Lo único bueno es al ubicación. Cogimos un hotel 3 estrellas de la misma compañía y por vergüenza de nuestras quejas nos trasladaron a este... un 4 estrellas que en España sería 1. Los colchones con muelles mal. La calefacción no funciona. Las cortinas y la moqueta sucias. El cubre cama roido. Ni los enchufes están rectos en la pared. Y no hablemos del desayuno... Mejor comprar algo en una cafetería. El zumo más que concentrado es aguachado. El bollos de pan y los donuts de la semana pasada, y ni contar que lo único que tienen salado es mortadela y salchichas del pozo en taquitos.
