Reservé una habitación DOBLE para DOS personas. Al llegar al hotel el recepcionista me dijo tienes una habitación para dos, confirmando lo reservado. Al día siguiente, otro recepcionista, muy maleducado, nos dijo que esa habitación DOBLE era para una persona, siendo esto algo incoherente. Nos comenzó a amenazar con llamar a la policía en más de tres ocasiones, no nos dejaba hablar, le pregunté hasta en 5 ocasiones si podía hacerle una pregunta y el no dejaba de hablar para que yo no pudiera decir nada. Nos obligó a pagar mucho más dinero, le dije que me explicara por qué tenía que pagar esa cantidad y me amenazaba con llamar a la policía, una vergüenza su comportamiento. No recomiendo para nada alojarse en este hotel, hay muchas otras opciones más económicas y con instalaciones mejores.

No recomiendo para nada este “hotel” nada mas llegar por un malentendido, el hombre del hotel empezó a gritarnos y a decirme niña hasta hacerme llorar, el hombre que hay mayor solo puedo decir que en todo momento fue el único que nos trato con mucha educación y muy bien hablado. Me dijo antes de llegar que podia dejar el equipaje allí hasta la hora de entrar en la habitación y asi todo después de todo nos dijo que cogieramos todas nuestras pertenencias y nos fueramos de allí y que hasta las 14 no volveríamos. Pesimo trato, no lo recomiendo porque no saben hacer frente a un problema que podria tener cualquier persona que no habla el idioma y es nuevo en una ciudad. La ubicación es totalmente engañosa, todo para super lejos y el barrio es muy ruidoso. Las fotos engañan mucho a lo que son las habitaciones. Decian que llamaria a la policia y le dijimos que la llamara y ni siquiera se atrevió a llamarla y nos dio la habitación, en todo momento en mi reserva de booking tengo la habitación para dos personas con baño compartido no dos habitaciones que nos queria colar el chico, en ningun momento me burle de nadie, pero el de nosotros si, aparte quiere que se pague en efectivo y no con tarjeta, otro timo mas. LEER TODAS LAS RESEÑAS PORQUE A TODOS LOS CLIENTES QUE LES A PASADO COMO A MI LES A CONTESTADO MAL Y INTENTAR DEJARLOS COMO MENTIROSOS!

I had booked with my husband a room requested with private bathroom and once I paid the non refund booking for 3 nights a member of the hotel staff contacted me via WhatsApp telling me that the room will be shared and if I wanted a private room with private bathroom I would have to pay an extra 50€. I got annoyed by this because I already paid for the room and till I make the payment they haven't say this but we'll I accepted but when we arrived to the hotel they day of the check in, the receptionist told me that to get the room with private bathroom I'll have to pay 50€ per night not in total as I have been told previously.
But this is not all. The room was quite dirty, the mattress from the bed really old the way that we could feel the wires stuck into out back every hight, really painful neck pain and crazy uncomfortable to sleep on.
Also the bedroom was full of humidity and so dirty as you can see in the photos I am tagging here. Disgusting to take shower.
We ended up paying in total 410€ for a dirty room and bathroom 1h by walk from main center so I dong recommend it at all. The original price for the 3 nights was 233€ but as they over charge us 150€ extra to have private bathroom and 33€ more as tourist taxes that turns to 410€.

L'hotel, situato a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Termini, offre camere pulite e ben tenute, piacevoli esteticamente e dotate di tutti i comfort necessari, con accesso gratuito al Wi-Fi. Tuttavia, l'unico inconveniente risiede nei numerosi rumori udibili dall'esterno dell'edificio durante la notte, così come dai rumori provenienti da altre camere, come lo sbattere continuo delle porte e il mormorio di altri ospiti. Inoltre, il buffet offre una scelta limitata, ma comunque non priva di qualità. Nel complesso, non una sgradevole esperienza.
