We chose the hotel for a 5-night stay to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary and were delighted with our experience. The restaurant staff were particularly impressive and we would single out both GianCarlo and Giordana for their exemplary service and guest interactions. Room was great too. Great location near to the Borghese park and Museum.

Beautiful, but private neighborhood convenient to Villa Borghese, Spanish Steps and Via Venetian. The staff from front desk to restaurant wait staff to the doormen are exceptionally polite, friendly, happy and helpful. THEY are what makes this place so special.

PS: breakfast on the top floor is bountiful and delicious while you can take in the peerless view of the city’s steeples and domes, including the Pantheon and St. Peter’s, illuminated by the low-angled morning sun.

Des attentions très appréciées à l'égard des clients DIAMOND (accueil en français, surclassement, bouteille de Processo accompagnée de mises en bouche) alors que l'hôtel n'est pas au nombre de ceux pour lesquels on peut utiliser les suites upgrades. Les restaurants conseillés par le concierge ne sont pas des attrapes touristes. Le room service est efficace et ce, à l'instar du petit déjeuner lequel au demeurant vous permet de profiter de cette vue pour le cas où vous n'aviez pas le chance de l'avoir depuis la terrasse de votre suite avec Jacuzzi :-)

Tout est conforme au style de SOFITEL. Mais avec une touche italienne. La chambre alliant un excellent confort et un beau design. Quant au personnel, nous avons ressenti un accueil chaleureux et discret dès notre arrivée. Le roof top est magnifique surtout le soir au coucher de soleil. Nous remercions tout le personnel pour sa bienveillance et particulièrement Floris qui a rendu nos dîners très agréables.
