Indigne d'un 4*
Personnel et manager exécrable, standing très loin d'un 4*. Vous n'en aurez pas pour votre argent. On trouve bien mieux pour bien moins cher à Rome.

Chambre sans fenêtre, personnel désagréable, À FUIR
La chambre ne dispose pas de fenêtre, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué. Celle que l'on trouve dans la chambre donne... sur un mur ! Vous ne verrez jamais la lumière du jour. Et lorsque vous allez vous plaindre, on vous dit que c'est un peu comme si vous étiez dans un basement et que vous ne pouvez pas vous plaindre. Aucune proposition commerciale, le manager comme le personnel refusent de reconnaître le caractère mensonger de leur annonce.

L'hôtel n'offre aucune des prestations d'un 4*, et on peut trouver bien mieux pour moins cher.

En un mot : à fuir, le plus vite possible

Zimmer sind in Ordnung, wir waren als Familie mit einem 1-Jährigen für 3 Nächte.

Terasse schön groß, Zimmer längst geschnitten war von der Größe und Ausstattung in Ordnung.

Frühstück typisch Europäisch Auswahl vorhanden und frisch und gut.

Lage top! Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Vatikanstadt gleich ums Eck. Viertel Trastevere mit schönen Restaurants und Bars sehr gut erreichbar

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Bus) vorhanden.

I booked 3 deluxe rooms in this hotel. They were beautifuly decorated and very new and clean. The hotel is in a very quiet back street when the window is closed you hear nothing. The alley people keep talking about is not dark and there are street lights. If I were a woman traveling alone I think at night I would be scared too, but if not alone it was OK. The breakfast is very impressive for a European hotel. Great selections with also fresh fruit. Beds were comfortable. There is a city regulation in place regarding the use of air conditioners. It is set by the hotel so we could not switch from hot to cold and had to sleep with windows open (and then you Do hear the city), but the noise was bearable. Overall, well worth the price. Location is great.
