Since 2019 they canceled our reservation already paid for due to Covid, many times they told us that they would return the money or give us the 3 nights we paid for, they never did. We lost our money, in short it was stolen. And now with a new administration they don't want to take responsibility. Very upset about the lack of honesty and ethics of this hotel or apartments.
