hotel Parco Tirreno stole my money 255EU. Be careful for them. I was with my friend there from 27-30th October 2023. I payed before for the accomodation. They leave me to pay double time on departure at night again, because they have chaos in it. Now they confirmed me they know about it on 9th November after lots of calling and email writing. I gave them my IBAN. Until now, 20th November, I didn’t get my money back. They don’t take my call, they don’t answer on emails....
Really don't trust them.
Very shameful behavior.
Say it to other people and boycot this hotel.

Horrível! Sem internet, não funciona no quarto! Banheiro sujo com urina encrostada na tampa do vaso do hospede anterior. Nao tome banho, a água vai esfriar em pouco tempo. Quarto sujo. Agora o pior de tudo, fui pedir na recepção talher e travesseiro e o atendente que acredito ser Indiano ou de Bangladesch simplesmente me mandou em bora do hotel!!!!!! Parece piada, jamais passei por uma situação absurda dessas com minha família, sem contar que eu havia passado todo o dia com meu filho no hospital que não estava bem. Só não fui em bora porque já estava tarde da noite e não consegui uma reserva em outro hotel. No dia seguinte fui falar com o gerente que contornou um pouco a situação, mas também não foi dos mais acessíveis, resumindo: FUJAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Apenas um ponto positivo, um atendente da manha foi bem pró-ativo quanto as informações sobre o hospital que precisei ir.

Hotel czterogwiazdkowy??? To jakiś żart. Ja nie jestem wybredny, ale to była katastrofa!!!! Brud, smród i mnóstwo grzybu w łazience. Śniadanie: chleb tostowy, ser żółty i tania szynka. Zero warzyw, jajek itp. Z czystym sumieniem mogę napisać: omijać szerokim łukiem!!!!
Purtroppo devo solo confermare la precedente valutazione. Aggiungo alcune foto per gli stranissimi spazi.....nel servizio igienico della stanza che mi è stata assegnata.
