Good news and bad news. The staff at the front desk could not have been nicer. We called Pietro in advanced and he sent Giuseppe to help us Cary our bags as we had to park two blocks away. The rooms were clean and housekeeping came twice a day. The beds were comfortable and the linens were top quality. If six people can fit on the elevator then pigs will fly. Recently remodeled as the condition was like new. Of course do not forget how close you are to the pantheon which we saw out our window.

The bad news: The internet is horrible you have to provide too much information to connect and I’m quite sure if I gave all that information they would spam me into oblivion. I ended up giving up and using my phone cell service which irritated me The food at breakfast was average, but the real problem is you had to ask for water or for oranges juice. Most hotels you pour your own water or orange juice it’s a small thing, but if you’re in a hurry to go to a meeting waiting for some thing that you should be able to do is crazy.

The only reason I won’t stay here again because of the internet. If you can live without the internet this is a great place

You cannot top the location of this hotel when THIS was the view! We stayed in the terrace suite (with Pantheon view) from 22-27 of July, 2023. Fantastic service, the staff were always incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was spectacular, as was the breakfast staff. Would absolutely recommend this hotel.
