I booked a double room for single use, but I got only a single room!
I paid extra for the double room which I didnt receive.
I contacted the hotel reception multiple times and got the answer "its not our fault you need to contact agoda and the partner of agoda"
This is a very bad answer and very bad service, me as a customer i dont care where was the issue the hotel should fix the issue with the booking agency and provide the customer what he ordered.
I was actually got a downgrade for my room while I paid fully for a better room.
The hotel should be ashamed with its service.
I would not recommend anyone to book this hotel as its reliable and will not provide the basic service of correct booking.
Other than that, the room was so small, I could hear anything from the other room and outside (very thin walls).
At least the room had a good air conditions and it was clean. the breakfast was normal.

Bahnhof und U-Bahn sind in der Nähe um Rom zu erkunden.
Zimmer sind ok und Bad war sehr sauber.
Rezeption sehr nett und Frühstück reichhaltig.
Dieses Hotel kann man weiter empfehlen.

This is an excellent hotel and perfectly located. We were greeted by very friendly staff which continued throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome. They were also helpful in advising about metro stops and walking routes. Breakfast was excellent and the rooms were very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

탁자는 물 먹고나서 올려놓는 용도(심지어 깨져있던 위치에는 놓지도 않음), 안경 올려놓는 용도로 사용했는데 깨지는게 말이되나 싶음. 뭘 떨구지도 않았는데 ㅋㅋ..; 내가 체크인하던날 방 청소해주는 사람이 깨뜨리고 그걸 나한테 뒤집어 씌우는 것이거나, 이미 깨져있던것을 가지고 나한테 뒤집어 씌우는것 둘 중 하나인듯 싶음.
리셉션 직원이 1박으로 착각해서 도시세 6유로만 받으려던거 내가 정정해서 도시세 60유로 다 냈는데 괜히 정정했음^^ 지리적 위치 좋고, 리셉션 일부 직원은 착한데 날 응대했던 사람의 태도는 최악이었음.
