Hotel exceptionnel, en plein centre de Rome. Les visites peuvent toutes se faire à pieds. Quartier sympathique, plein de restaurants. L'hotel est tout simplement formidable : l'équipe est sympa, aux petits soins, toujours prête à vous rendre service. Les petits déjeunés sont d'excellente qualité, servis en salle avec le sourire, jus d'orange maison ! les chambres sont parfaite, propreté impeccable, bouteille d'eau à disposition, en plus du bar, ramenée chaque jour. Petites attentions dans la chambre : une jolie boite d'oeufs en chocolat offerte pour Pâques. Nous voyageons souvent en Italie, cet hotel est notre coup de coeur, et nous y retournerons. Un petit clin d'oeil à notre barman, qui est est un pro des cocktails ! recommandation +++++++

business trip but also with a relaxing break! A wonderful hotel, located in the city center, a few minutes away from the most important tourist spots of Rome. We had the opportunity to meet the manager, Mr.Gabriel, who was kind enough to bring us breakfast to the room because we had problems with the coffee machine, we did not expect such a thing

Very friendly staff made for a very pleasant experience. Happy to arrange reservations at their recommended restaurants, which turned out to be excellent choices for authentic Rome cuisine. Central location made for easy access to all the sites and beyond. Only 5 minutes from the Colosseum and Roman forum. It was just great place to stay with lovely staff.

We are travel often, but it’s not often we find gems like Nerva/Aurora. Every single staff member was kind, helpful, and a joy to interact with. Antonio has done an amazing job in recent years with the beautiful renovations and bringing Nerva a fresh, artistic look. His concierge and hotel staff always went above beyond to make our staff comfortable and memorable. If you get a chance to meet Sally and Antonella, you’ve struck gold! Two of the sweetest woman! Oh and make sure you get a spritz (aperol or limoncello) from Alessio! Lastly This is the perfect spot to jump right into Rome. The front door faces the forum but down a side street making it quiet and comfortable to sleep at night. We will be back! Ciao e Grazie Mille!

Personale professionale, gentile, simpatico. Ci siamo sentiti in famiglia. La colazione noi l ' abbiamo scelta alla carta e posso dire che ogni piatto era più buono dell'altro. Accoglienti e pronti ad aiutarmi con mia figlia che è sulla sedia a rotelle. Perfino con la mia cagnolina sono stati favolosi!! Quindi si può descrivere questo hotel dicendo solo SPETTACOLARE!! Ci torneremo sicuramente!!

What a find! A gorgeous hotel. Small but individually designed functional rooms with quality linen, big fluffy towels and robes. Attention to detail is fabulous. The welcome was warm and all the staff went out of their way to help us book dinners, source tourist tickets and answer any questions. The location is superb. Right behind the forum of Augustus and within 5 mins walk of the colosseum. The area of Monti has many reasonably priced bars, restaurants and gelato shops.
As a comparison, we stayed a few days earlier at a well established 5 star hotel elsewhere in the city. Nerva may not have uniform square rooms, a spa or a rooftop restaurant, but it has a lovely bar with a friendly barman to relax in after a hard day “touristing” and a whole lot of charm. I know where we’ll be staying on our next visit! Book here, I highly doubt you’ll be disappointed.

The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They were able to watch our luggage when we first arrived. We got laundry done with no problem. The staff booked taxis and dinners for us. They made our stay very convenient.

The location can't be beat, ancient Rome is just steps away. Walking a block to grab espresso and a cornetto in the morning and seeing the Colosseum just down the block is lovely.

The room we had (queen suite) was very comfortable.

The bar shouldn't be slept on either. Getting drinks there was a fun way to start the evening.

Literally the only thing missing are coffee making facilties in the rooms. Otherwise this hotel is just perfect. We even have 2 bathrooms, which was a total surprise! Friendly staff, perfect location and gorgeous rooms. We haven't had the breakfasts but they do look good, and are clearly popular with most guests. If it's the historic area you wish to see more of, then we can highly recommend this hotel.

If anyone is wondering where to stay in Rome Nerva Boutique hotel is the place to be. Honestly I believe to be the most wonderful hotel in Rome. The location is perfect for all tourist attractions and other notable places.
From the moment of arrival the staff were nothing but welcoming, kind and helpful!
The rooms are comfortable, well stocked and chic.
The breakfast, snacks and evening drinks were delightful.
Thank you to all reception staff who are so friendly and try to do as much as possible for you, to the restaurant and bar staff as well as housekeepers.
When we are back in Rome we will stay again. Thank you!

The Hotel Nerva is a beautiful, well run, boutique hotel on a quiet street in the middle of historic Rome. The staff are amazing: so warm, so friendly, yet so professional. We have just returned from a wonderful week there and are already planning our return. The hotel's central location meant that we could walk almost everywhere we needed to go: the Vatican, the Ghetto, Trastevere, Sta Maria Maggiore, Sta Sabina...! But the Monti area where the hotel is located is particularly attractive. Thanks to an outstanding set of restaurant recommendations provided by the hotel, we were able to dine locally every night which was very welcome. We would highly recommend this hotel and we can't wait to return.
