Ottima posizione, un po’ meno il servizio soprattutto per la colazione.

In posizione strategica, comoda per servizi e senza frastuoni.
Male le camere vecchie, tv con antenna non funzionante e luci del letto guaste.
Bagni vecchi ma puliti, personale si limita a scusarsi per i disagi che continuano ed esserci.

L'hôtel est situé dans le quartier de Trastevere mais pour sortir le soir il faut marcher un peu car l'hôtel est un peu eloigné.le personnel est vraiment charmant et fait le maximum pour faire plaisir a leur clients.le restaurant est parfait lui aussi quand vous ne voulez plus bouger après une journée de marche.les chambres sont a rafraichir mais normal avec le flux de touristes.le coin petit déjeuner est lui un peu trop bruyant mais la nourriture est très correcte.

Martina the front desk was extremely rude, arrogant & disrespectful!
She really doesn’t have any clue how to welcome guest traveling to Rome !
She really ruins the reputation of this hotel !!
Her negative & low customer skills should be reevaluated instead a cleaning lady was much more welcoming & respectful than her !

Bien situado, te permite desplazarte fácilmente andando y en transporte público.
Habitaciones limpias, zonas comunes modernas y desayuno buffet bastante completo.
Las habitaciones disponen de una cama de matrimonio perfecta para dos personas; pero siendo más huéspedes, lo que hay es un sofá-cama amplio que quizá para personas más adultas no resultaría tan cómodo. En nuestro caso lo han usado niñas pequeñas y han descansado sin problema.
