Staff was amazing! Very helpful in helping with directions, taxi service, and places to eat. Totally fell in love with the little pastry shop and restaurant outside of the Napoleon Hotel. great location actually booked to come back in November!

I stayed at this hotel with five friends for four nights. The hotel rooms were changed after the first night as we were given a pull out bed for an adult. The reception staff were excellent and very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean with tea making facilities. Comfortable beds. The breakfasts were lovely with plenty of choice, just helping yourself but everything was fresh. There was some lovely statues in the hotel and a lovely bar. The location was really good for getting around Rome. We used the metro on three occasions, the ticket machines were in English and easy to use. I do remember Melvyn a staff member who was very helpful and kind.

The hotel is in a great location just steps away from the Metro but also walking distance from many places. The staff were lovely and the hotel looks very impressive from the outside. Our room was a little old fashioned and in need of an update but you are out and about from early until late and so it's not really an issue and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety to suit everyone and the cakes were especially good. I'd recommend it for anyone coming to Rome.
