How on earth is this a four star hotel. DO NOT be fooled by their amazing photographer that can turn a 2 star hotel into an appealing hotel. The only thing this hotel has going for it is its location being close to St Peter’s. The rooms were in desperate need of attention, the beds were back breaking and the “pillows” were like pancakes. The staff were friendly enough but unfortunately that didn’t make up for the hostel experience. The hot tub is 50 euros and needs to be pre booked. I would not recommend and will not return.

Tuvimos mala experiencia hospedándonos en este hotel. La limpieza del suelo de la habitación no era buena estaba pegajoso, el baño era bastante lamentable por varias razones. La primera, el WC no funcionaba correctamente, la segunda es que el jacuzzi estaba en pésimas condiciones, no funcionaban los chorros, teníamos que bañarnos sentados y de paso al usar el jacuzzi salía agua del suelo por la zona del WC (filtración). Lo único positivo del hotel es su ubicación y que es “tranquilo” no hay ruido y se descansa bien.

Hotel pessimo che andrebbe chiuso o passato a 2 stelle.
Stanze da Motel con NESSUN tipo di servizio adeguato alla cifra pagata, servizio pessimo, pulizia scarsa e manutenzione assente.

La mattina alle 7.10 (7.10, non 5 del mattino) avevo bisogno di un taxi, ma non c’era nessuno presente in reception.
