Alors OK, l’emplacement est top, mais tout le reste est à fuir aucun remboursement de leur part ni via le site car il refuse de rembourser avec lequel j’avais réservé la deuxième nuit et ni la première nuit où nous avons payé sur place où nous avons même pas séjourné, nous a changé 3 × de chambre pour avoir le même résultat sale et le mot et gentil. Troisième essai la suite. Peut-être la pire au final

Would not stay in again. This hotel is the equivalent of a motel 6 or super 8 in the United States.
Very good location but was given a dirty room that was outdated and a terrible bathroom. The staff were nice but it couldn’t be overlooked was the room conditions.
We got to to the room and the old keycard scanner was hanging off the wall with a new one installed over it. The last guest’s cream cheese was left in the fridge. Underneath the bed was dust, dirt and a previous guest’s UK health insurance card. Random staining on the walls. The toilet never flushed correctly and the room only had a jacuzzi but no shower.
Hotel would be good with a facelift but it’s clear the owner’s don’t care.

Soggiorno in camera doppia superiore con Jacuzzi, la camera è essenziale e venduta come da descrizione, si nota la non recente fattura ed è adatta sicuramente a soggiorni solamente brevi.
Pulizia buona ma non eccelsa, la zona è un po' rumorosa ma i materassi erano ottimi e concedevano comunque un buon sonno.
La Posizione è fantastica per un soggiorno di piacere; vicino al Vaticano, a 5 minuti dalla metro ed in un quartiere residenziale di ottimo gusto con intrattenimento di qualità.
Per concludere per la mia esperienza le 5 stelle sono obbligate causa comodità della zona e rapporto qualità-prezzo difficilmente battibile per il prodotto offerto.

This is NOT a 4 star hotel, our room wasn’t clean, one day we didn’t have hot water to shower, good luck going to the bathroom because the toilet didn’t go down without help. The staff is really nice, but the hotel it’s the worst.
Muy mala atención, mucha suciedad, nos encontramos trozos de uñas por el suelo. Las paredes parecían de un taller de coches. No lo recomiendo.
