Everything was great about this stay. When the room was not available at 2 pm, we were given 4 complimentary drinks ( 2 alcoholic and 2 juices for the kids). We waited for about 30 mins and the room was ready. Every single person we’ve encountered was fantastic - kind and courteous. Finally, as an explorist with Hyatt we also got access to the lounge. Snacks and coffee were great.

We really enjoyed this hotel and location near Villa and Galleria Borghese, Via Veneto, the Aurelian walls, restaurants and about 15-20 walk to the Spanish Steps. A longer but doable and pleasant walk to the Pantheon.

Siamo stati benissimo, camere molto pulite, personale cordiale e posizione è ottima. Abbiamo anche cenato al ristorante dell’hotel ed era tutto buonissimo. Torneremo sicuramente!

Absolutely loved the location of the hotel as it was close and walkable to so many landmarks and the neighborhood it was in was beautiful in my opinion. Hotel staff was very accommodating. The rooftop bar had beautiful views overlooking the park.

Questa recensione è per la reception. Ho soggiornato a inizi aprile per diverse notti. Tutti gentilissimi e attentissimi, sia nel turno di notte che giorno. Meritano davvero.
