The best hotel in all of italy, it has the best location, best employees, great breakfast menu, great service, seriously everything in this hotel is really good

AVOID this place like the plague- seriously. Unless you want to burn your money, do not stay here. They rob you.
We stayed here during the transportation strike in Rome. When we checked in, we explained that we booked 3 nights, but that we may need to leave one night early due to the strike. They said "no problem" as long as you give us 2 days notice. We told them the first night, we were going to leave a night early to avoid the NATIONAL STRIKE and get back to the U.S. in time- after approving this, they charged us near $2k for a night that we did not end up staying!!!! They kept our money! We have involved credit card companies, but they do not care. They do not care about their customer at all here. I assure you. As a small business owner myself, I would never treat people this way. This place is a scam! Lastly, there was a FIRE DRILL at 10 p.m. one of the nights we were there. Everybody had to leave the hotel in their robes or pajamas. While I totally get this happens, they DID NOTHING for us. Not a "we're sorry" , nothing. We were outside in a bathrobe. Not even a one star hotel would treat you this way. They would apologize, etc. DO NOT STAY HERE- waste of your money!!!

نظافه وتعامل فوق الممتاز والموظفين بشكل عام ودودين وخدومين ومتعاونين من ناحيه حجز تاكسي وقطار واي شي ممكن يريح الضيف راح يسونه بكل صدر رحب ????وموقع الفندق جدا ممتاز قريب من كل شي
الغيت رحلتي بسبب الناقل وطلبت الغاء الليله الاولى و اكن للاسف لم يتجاوب الفندق معي
الامر الاخر تاخر الفندق في ادراج النقاط للحساب
وفي البداية ذكر لي ببريد الكتروني انه لايوجد نقاط ماريوت رغم ان الحجز تم عن طريق التطبيق ( انتبه )
