I would highly recommend this hotel & I would say it is worth the price.
It is very welcoming as soon as you arrive at the door, which is in keeping with the warm greeting when you arrive in the reception.
I stayed here with my wife & son for a long weekend & to enjoy the rugby. Everyone so friendly here & always had a 'good morning or evening' whenever they saw you. The room we stayed in (110) had just been finished as we had booked a similar room in their building across the street.
I would like to thank the whole team there who helped make our 1st trip to Rome special & want to go back, soon!

Terrible service! They look only after your money. The staff kept smiling and agreeing to everything, but it turned out their hidden intention was to extract more money. Our travel agent has requested separate hotel cars to drive our friends and us to the airport. However, the day before our departure, my husband and our friend went to reception to confirm this. The guys at the reception (a lady and a gentleman - I deeply regret not taking their names), weren't aware of such arrangements and even offered our friend to call a taxi. My husband asked for cancellation and was assured that it was not a problem. However, when we got home, our travel agent informed us that the hotel still required payment for the unused transfer. These guys think that since we speak with an accent, we are thinking with an accent, too. They made us feel robbed and humiliated. In addition, the breakfast, which is a la carte, is very limited.
The room had a small wardrobe with only one small drawer.
No gym or sauna. The common areas are very small too - unsuitable for a 5-star hotel. Stay away from this establishment.

Martha and alecandro were amazing !! They are super friendly and helpful. They Helped me with some concerns in rome . The rooms were so noisy and we would literally wake up every morning from people’s shouting and running since our room was so close to the front desk .
Furthermore, the ac was central with no ability to control it in the room, something that I have never seen at any other property.
Above all of this, there was no elevator connected to my floor.
Would not recommend this property to anyone.
